AO MIDORI, from the Japanese “blue and green”, is a company founded in 2011 and based in the Penedés region (Barcelona, Spain).
It was born with the commitment to provide solutions for sustainable agriculture, environment protection and food safety, and therefore, for the well-being of our society.
To achieve these goals, we develop products based on semiochemicals compounds, which are the natural compounds involved in biological communications between individuals or organisms.
We focus on the development and improvement of our products with a scientific approach, to have the best products with the premise that ecological is compatible with the effectiveness and land profitability.
Food safety:
towards ZERO WASTE.
We develop products based on semiochemicals, whose use in agriculture aims to minimize and even eliminate the use of pesticides on crops:
> By monitoring pests using pheromones, to determine optimal treatment times.
> By controlling pests with techniques such as mass trapping or sexual confusion.
All our products are zero residue,
and can be used in CERTIFIED ORGANIC AGRICULTURE.
EFFECTIVENESS
We want to highlight in our products their reliability and proven effectiveness, based on scientific rigor and truthful information.
Through field trials we verify all our compositions, and validate the effectiveness of the control methods, to ensure that they equal or exceed conventional chemical treatments.
